Private detective Satoru Kido is hired to find a missing family heirloom from a very wealthy family. Together with his assistant, he arrives at the house where the disappearance took place. The mansion is inhabited by the manor manager, a maid, a little girl and her teacher. He begins his investigation, not suspecting that it is all just a play staged by a madman...
