A young girl begins to experience chest pains and makes an appointment with a gynecologist. But on visiting him, she and her husband see a very strange-looking doctor with clown makeup on his face. Despite this strange appearance, the woman still agrees to the examination, and soon regrets it already. The doctor begins to pester her rather than treat her. The husband, seeing all this, intervenes for his wife, and it comes to fists. Returning home, the girl eventually begins to feel guilty, to the doctor, and soon, visits him to offer compensation. But the doctor has a very different frame of reference for the word "compensation."
