In ancient times, a certain evil Astaroth dragged all mankind into a terrible war that lasted for many years, until a group of brave heroes decided to stop him and end the bloodshed. They were able to defeat him and take away all his powers, trapping him deep underground. Centuries later, rumors began to spread that due to changes in the Earth's crust, the seals restraining Astaroth had been broken and he was now free to move underground. Many brave people, chasing glory, decided to go underground to find and re-hide this monster as deep as possible, but they had no idea that he was already waiting for them.
