A Japanese town has become a hotbed of banditry and violence. The government has decided to cut off access to this corner of Japan, so that many people, with a clear conscience, are left to wander about, among all kinds of scumbags... Masato and Honoka are among those who have fallen into this trap, and in the hope of finding a way out of the "Bandit Slums", they become members of one of the local gangs. Now, they are to be involved in racketeering, assaults, and twisted plots. Unfortunately, Honoka is seriously ill, and her brother has very little time to get his little sister out of this racket. And his new "buddies", have had their eyes on the pretty girl for a long time, and they just give them an excuse to rape another victim.
