The action takes place in yet another Japanese hotel with hot springs. It's pretty much business as usual, the kimono-clad staff, the nice or the angry visitors. With the latter, here is usually introduced to the local district officer, who is respected and feared here. But as usually happens, even the toughest, often lose their nerve at the sight of beautiful girls. And the local policeman is no exception to this temptation.
