1: The boy is surrounded by sexy sisters with symmetrical bodies, whom he pleasures throughout the story. 2: Ryuichi is an ordinary Japanese schoolboy. Even though he lived alone, Ryuichi was perfectly happy. But then his apartment burns to the ground in a fire. He unwillingly returns to his paternal home. When he returns, he discovers that his house is now a boarding house for girls! It seemed that Ryuichi had been left without a roof over his head. However, the girls were not averse to such a neighborhood! Here's where it all begins... 3: Moroboshi Ryuichi, a first-year student, is fed up with the bachelor way of life, and returns to his hometown (he has nowhere else to go - his rented apartment has burned down).
