The events of the film take place in England, somewhere in the 18th century. But unlike the puritanical mores of "real" England, everything here is much freer. The maids wear uniforms that do not conceal their charms at all. The satisfaction of all the needs of the owners is an integral part of their work, and it is generally accepted. The plot centers on three main characters: Faye (the beautiful daughter of a wealthy landowner), her lover, John, and Sophia, Faye's personal maid. Faye must go away to study with her aunt for two whole months. So she assigns Sophia to take care of John. Sophia, who is crazy about her mistress, complies with her request. And when Faye returns, the three of them make love... The plot is incomplete, introducing new characters as the action progresses that are to play an important role in the future. There's some serious drama brewing, but... There's no sequel yet, and it's unclear if there will be one.
