Nagumo Koshi is a 12-year-old boy who was abandoned by his debt-ridden father after their house burned down. He left the boy wandering the streets penniless. But one day his life changed when he met a girl named Minerva. At the moment of the meeting, he was lying on the sidewalk from hunger and exhaustion. She dragged the unconscious boy to the dormitory of the Seikan Women's College, also known as the "Dormitory of the Goddesses." This is where she temporarily works as the dormitory superintendent. After hearing his story, Minerva suggests that he stay in the dorm and work as a superintendent, but he should consider that the tenants here are all girls, quite wayward and each has their own cockroaches in their heads.
